• 1 in 3 kids in America is seeking a mentor. Through the School of Swagger, Old Spice aims to recruit enough men to help narrow this mentorship gap. But while nearly all men agree that a Big makes big impact, most don't feel qualified to take on the job.




    All we needed to do was remind them that the only qualification for being a mentor is to have lived some life. To have been in the same spots young men are in right now. With our bleeding hearts and absent budget, we pieced together a film that seems to have hit heartstrings. Recruitment is growing, the mentorship gap is shrinking.
